("the Company," "we," "us"), East 2nd Ring Road 421, 1-PL, Panlong District, Kunming, Yunnan, China, and the general conditions of the business support services we provide. 1. Nature of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes — describing our bureaus, services, and how to reach the desk. Nothing on this site constitutes a service agreement or a binding offer. An engagement is formed only by a signed service agreement or confirmed work order.

2.1 Document & Reporting Services

Transcription, editing, captioning, and court reporting deliverables are prepared to the standard stated in the engagement. The client is responsible for providing accurate source material and complete instructions.

2.2 Telephone & Call Center Services

Answering, call center, and telemarketing services are performed under the contract terms and applicable telecommunications and consumer-protection law. Call recording, where used, is disclosed per the engagement.

2.3 Credit & Collections

Credit reporting and collection services are performed in compliance with applicable law — including accuracy, dispute, and conduct obligations under credit-reporting and debt-collection regulation. Nothing on this website waives obligations under those laws.

2.4 Mail Services

Private mailbox and parcel services are subject to the rental agreement and applicable postal regulations. Mailbox rental does not authorize use for unlawful mail or delivery purposes.

3. Fees

Fees for services are stated in the applicable engagement — per-document, per-call, per-account, or retainer arrangements. Invoices are payable per the engagement terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Deliverables produced under an engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement. You may view and print website pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
